Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

4 cups Sweet Potato – Mashed
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 Cup soft, unsalted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 tbsp dry sherry
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix all ingredients except for the nutmeg.
Put mixture into a buttered casserole dish.
Grate fresh nutmeg on top.

Bake uncovered until golden brown

You can make this ahead of time and bake the day you need it.
