Great tan without the damaging effects of the sun? Not so easy to find the right product. I have tried so many tanning products out there and every one that I have tried has either made me look like an Oompa Loompa, or it came off on my clothing and was splotchy.

One day I was watching Home Shopping Network and I saw Tan Towels being presented. I watched these things for months, thinking, no way, just another stupid product that won’t work, or will turn me orange, or worse, I’ll find it all over my clothes.

I’m a glutton for punishment, so one day, I broke down and ordered them and it was one of the best purchases I have ever made! Tan towels are great! I use Tan Towel Plus Full Body. The plus is for a darker tan. I open the package and I cut the towel in half. One half for each side of my body. Then I just rub it on in kind of a circular motion.  You would think you might miss a spot since you can’t see it going on, but I haven’t.  It goes on pretty easily and the color develops over a few hours.Don’t forget to wash your hand when you are done.

Recently, HSN had a special deal so, for one price, I purchased a pack of Tan towel plus Full Body, Half Body, Face towlettes and a bottle of tan mist, which is used for immediate color.
